A Thriller is a genre of film, television or books. A Thriller can usually be indentified by its characteristics which include fast pace action, a protagonist (hero) and angtagonist (Villian). All good thrillers also include many suspencefull scenes and cliff hangers. The use of this is to keep you off the edge of your seat, makes the viewer wonder what will happen next and also heightens tension.There are many different genre's when it comes to thrillers, although alot of people may asume that thrillers are horror films.
